At Piher, excellence and passion for the craft are the pillars that drive us. That’s why we are proud to have been part of the journey of two young talents, Alfonso Calero Salado, from IES La Rosaleda, Málaga, and Arturo Maciá Marroquí, from IES Virgen de las Nieves, Granada, who have represented Spain in the EuroSkills competitions, the most important European event for vocational training.

At Piher, we have supported their journey from national competitions, through their intense preparation for WorldSkills 2024 , and finally, their brilliant performance at the recent EuroSkills 2025 in Herning, Denmark. Our commitment was total: we provided them with our best tools, including our reliable clamps, so they could train and compete at the highest level. We know that in carpentry and joinery, precision and strength are essential, and our tools are designed to offer exactly that.

A Triumph of Excellence: Arturo Touches the Podium

The effort and dedication of these young people were amply rewarded. We are immensely proud to announce that Arturo, in the carpentry category, has earned a medal for excellence. His work was so impeccable that he narrowly missed taking the bronze, an extraordinary achievement that demonstrates his high level of skill and mastery of the craft.

This recognition is not only a triumph for Arturo, but also proof that investing in professional training and young talent is the way to guarantee the future of our industries.
