Some clients have asked why the load capacity limit of our Multiprop has been reduced from 450kg to 300kg. What has happened? What has changed in this tool?

Spoiler: Nothing in the tool has changed. The Multiprop is the same. The same materials, the same mechanism and the same parts. The load capacity too. The results of tests conducted in our own laboratory reach more than 450kg.

What has changed is that we have applied the CE Safty Regulation to this tool. One of the requirements of this security regulation for the European Economic Area is to include a 1.5 safety factor.

Applying this CE security factor, the load capacity of the Multiprop becomes 300kg (450kg. /1.5)
