Last week we were able to attend the new edition of SpainSkills 2024, the national Vocational Training competition between representatives of each spanish region. This is an Olympics of all the trades that occur in public education, from floristry to bakery, to mechatronics or video game design.

The students and their tutors met at the IFEMA facilities in Madrid to determine who would be the Spanish representatives in the WorldSkills 2024 global competition to be held in Lyon, France.

As in the previous edition, Piher has sponsored the Carpentry and Joinery categories, providing all the clamping tools that the participants neede during the 3 days of competition.

We want to congratulate all the participants and teachers for the example of love for the craft that they have shown in the competition and in the hours of training and dedication that are necessary.

We also want to thank the organizers (Joel and Josean) and the jury of the two disciplines who have dedicated their time and care so that everything goes perfectly.

See you at the World Cup in Lyon!
